Online bookings require 100% payment by Visa/MasterCard before bookings are confirmed.
Phone bookings require 50% payment by VISA/MasterCard with 50% balance due at check-out.

FOR THE COMFORT OF OTHER GUESTS, ARRIVALS AFTER 10.00 PM ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Guests arriving after 10.00 pm will not have access to the property and will be charged the full cost of the reservation tariff.
- If a reservation is cancelled before 10.00 am on the tenth (10th) day or longer prior to the reservation date, the booking is transferable to another date within 3 months or the deposit (or full payment made) is refundable less a handling charge of five per cent (5%) or max of $25.
- If a reservation is cancelled within five (5) to ten (10) days of the reservation date, the deposit (or full payment made) is non-refundable but can be transferable to another date within 3 months.
- If a reservation is cancelled within two (2) to five (5) days of the reservation date: Full payments made for 1 night bookings will be non-refundable and non-transferable; 100% payments made for reservations 2 nights or longer will be refunded 50% of payment less a $25 handling fee.
- If a reservation is cancelled within two (2) days of the arrival date all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable and the full cost of up to 2 days of the reservation tariff will be charged.
- Failure to arrive on the reservation date will incur full payment of the reservation tariff and automatically charged to your credit card.
BARNSLEY HOUSE is not suitable for infants, and children under 18. PETS are NOT PERMITTED on the property.
